Yes. Commercial drone work in Canada requires a Transport Canada Advanced Pilot Certificate and a registered drone. All our pilots are fully certified, our drones are registered and we carry $5 million in liability insurance. We can send you our certificates on request.

Most residential shoots are done in 30 to 60 minutes. If you are adding video or have a larger property expect 60 to 90 minutes on site. Files are back to you the next business day.

Yes. Our The Photos plus Video package starts at $400. You get aerial stills plus a 60 to 90 second 4K video edited with colour grading and music, ready for MLS, Instagram and YouTube. Longer cuts are in the Full Package from $600.

Golden hour, about an hour after sunrise or before sunset, gives you the best light. Overcast midday also works well and keeps rooftop shadows down. We time every shoot around the property’s orientation and surroundings.

All of Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Delta, White Rock, Langley, Maple Ridge and Port Moody. Travel fees may apply beyond 30km from Vancouver.

We keep an eye on the weather before every job. If it’s too rough to fly safely or the shots would be ruined we reschedule at no cost. Light overcast is usually fine and can actually make for cleaner lighting. We’ll check in with you the day before.
